RENT - A - LLAMA
Your next trip into the Colorado backcountry can be much easier when you rent a llama from Wet Mountain Llamas.Llamas rent for $25 per llama per day. That includes the saddles, panniers, lead ropes and an orientation session. There is an additional charge of $50 to deliver and pick up the llamas. Wet Mountian Llamas operates primarily for those who pack into the Sangre de Cristo Wilderness area, near Westcliffe, Co., which is approximately one and one half hours south of Colorado Springs.
The llamas carry about 75 pounds.
