It is the intent of this association to stimulate interest in camels in the general population through exhibits, shows, races, demonstrations and the like. In addition, it will establish badly needed registry services (Bactrian, dromedary, and mixed breed camels will all be welcomed into the registry), as well as bringing together those with a common interest in camels.

Through this association, hopefully new friendships will be made, knowledge will be gained and good practices in the care and breeding of camels can be established and disseminated.
